Welcome to the Terms of Use for Strive Online. This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the services available under the domain of www.strive.com.au or www.striveonline.edu.au. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our services.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Terms of Use Agreement and the Privacy Policy, which include those terms and conditions expressly set out below, before you register with Strive Online.

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. All amended terms shall be effective immediately they are posted on the Site.

1. Fees and Services.
   We charge fees for our products and services as outlined on the Site. We may choose to temporarily change our Fees for promotional events and such changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event on the Site. We may change some or all of our services at any time. In the event we introduce a new service, the fees for that service are effective at the launch of the service. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in Australian Dollars. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with using our service and all applicable taxes.
2. Your Information.
   "Your Information" is defined as any information you provide to us or other users during registration, use of public message areas (including the Forums and Chat rooms) or through any email feature. Your Information and your activities on the Site shall not: (a) be false, inaccurate or misleading; (b) infringe any third party's copyright, or rights of privacy; (c) violate any law, or regulation (d) be obscene or contain pornography (e) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; (f) create liability for us or cause us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers.
3. Privacy.
   We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent and we only use your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Indemnity.
   You agree to indemnify and hold us and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
